Open Late ("we") builds websites for local businesses. This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send a request, we receive the details you type in: your name, business name, email, current website, the services you're interested in, how you'd like to pay, and your message.
- Free website checkup. When you check a website, we fetch that public web page to score it. We don't save the addresses people check.
- Calls, texts, and email. If you contact us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it doesn't store anything in your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote or site review, and do the work if you hire us. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Services that help run this site
- Vercel hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Google provides our email and business phone number.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to respond and to keep records of client work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, email openlateweb@gmail.com or call or text (743) 600-1735. We'll take care of it within a few business days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
